L had us stay at the pennsbury inn for our stay in PA. it was a really good location – close to everything that we wanted to see/visit and the B&B was so nice! it had a very rustic cottage-y feel, but the actual inn was pretty big. we arrived late on friday night (which chip, the husband-owner of the B&B, was not happy about), but they treated us very well for the rest of the trip. the inn itself had so many things to look at inside and around it – they had a lot of land and some gardens within the “yard”.
every morning they cooked us breakfast – i think i loved their baked goods more than the actual food they made us, but overall the food was delicious. they also left us an evening snack on our beds before we returned from a fun day out. here are some snapshots of the food at the inn:
